We’re looking for a passionate Backend Engineer — Intern / Full-Time to join our growing engineering team and help build reliable, scalable fintech products.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs
✅ Build applications using Python, Flask and FastAPI
✅ Design, integrate and manage MongoDB databases
✅ Write clean, reusable and well-documented code
✅ Test, debug and optimize applications for performance
✅ Use Git and version-control workflows effectively
✅ Collaborate with engineering and product teams
✅ Explore AI tools to improve development and problem-solving workflows

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong understanding of Python and object-oriented programming concepts
🔹 Hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI
🔹 Familiarity with MongoDB and database fundamentals
🔹 Understanding of REST APIs and backend development principles
🔹 Working knowledge of Git or another version-control system
🔹 Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 A willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership
