At V3Cars, we’re looking for a Backend Management Executive (Website Operations) to help us manage day-to-day website operations, coordinate with our development team and ensure our platform delivers the best experience for our users.
This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy structured work, problem-solving and maintaining high-quality data.
What you’ll work on:
✅ Website data management and updates
✅ Coordinating with developers for UI/UX improvements and bug fixes
✅ Supporting SEO and content teams with backend operations
✅ Tracking tasks and ensuring timely execution
✅ Identifying website issues and maintaining data accuracy
Who should apply?
✔️ Freshers (0–2 years) are welcome
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Basic understanding of websites, CMS or SEO is a plus
📍 Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skills and experience)

- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
