Salary : 2, 50 LPAUp to 2, 92 LPAperannum+Variables. Oncecompleted Internship Freshersonlytaken Stipend 12, 300-14, 000/monthbasedandhencepromoted as JRE

About the Role: Weareseekingdynamicandmotivatedindividualstojoinus as Branch Internship Executives. Thisinternshipwillprovidevaluableon-the-jobtraining, certifiedbythegovernment, andisdesignedtohelpyoudevelopyourskillsinthefinancialservicesindustry. Uponsuccessfulcompletionoftheinternship, candidateswillbepromotedtotherole of Juni or Relationship Executive, withtheopportunityforgrowthandadvancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assistindailybranch Goldloanoperationsandcustomerservice.

• Supportbranchteaminhandlingcustomerqueriesandresolvingissues.

• Participateinleadgeneration, clientacquisition, andretentionactivities.

• Helpexecutemarketingandpromotionalactivitiestoenhancebranchvisibilitywith in Branchonce Tenured

• Learnandassistinmaintainingclientrelationshipsbyprovidingpersonalizedservices.

• Handleadministrativetasks, dataentry, andpreparereportsforthebranch.

• Gainhands-onexperienceinfinancialproducts, services, andcustomerrelationshipmanagement.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation(anydiscipline)fromarecognizeduniversity.

• Fresherswhohavecompletedtheirgraduationbetween 2020 and 2026.

• Strongcommunicationskills in Regional Languages Mustandcustomer-orientedapproach.

• Willingnesstolearnandgrowinthefinancialservicesindustry.

• Abilitytoworkinateam-orientedenvironment.

• Proactiveattitudewithakeeninterestinbuildingacareerinrelationshipmanagement.

Training and Certification:
• On-the-jobtrainingwithagovernment-certifiedcertificateunder NATS/PMIS.

• Opportunitytogethands-onexperienceinbranchoperationsandclienthandling.
