Job Purpose

Customer Service
Managelobbyandqueuesforqualityservice. Resolvecomplaintswith in TATs, escalateasneeded, andgathercustomerfeedback. Ensuretimelycardloadingandeffectivecommunicationoncomplaintclosures.
Sales
Identifyandmanagehightransactingcustomers. Handlecashtransactions, FXpostings, goldsales, andprepaidcards. Actascustodianfortellerbox, chequedropboxes, andvault. Ensurecompliancewithclearing, ATM, andlargetransactionprocesses. Monitorhigh-valueaccountsandtransactions, file AMLreports, andmaintainsuspenseaccounts. Subm it CBDTschedulesandensureaccuraterecord-keeping. Generateleadsandcross-sellliabilityproducts, creditcards, goldbars, and Forex Pluscards.
Education:
Graduation/Post-Graduation.
Certifications:
IRDAf or Life Insurance, POSf or General Insurance, NISMV(A).
