Business Analysis Intern

Day 32 — Today wasn’t about learning another technical skill. It was about learning how to work beyond the technical side.

I started my day with one simple thought — growth doesn’t always come from learning a new tool.

Today, I focused on the things that are equally important in a professional journey: communication, business understanding, teamwork, recruitment, and decision-making.

I spent some time watching Shark Tank India, and honestly, it was more than just watching business pitches.
Every pitch made me think about how entrepreneurs communicate their ideas, understand problems, handle questions, and convince people about their vision.

Then came the C2C hiring work. I reviewed 6 resumes — 2 experienced candidates and 4 shortlisted candidates.
It reminded me that hiring isn’t just about looking at a resume,
it’s about understanding people, identifying potential, and making the right decisions.

Later, our 3 PM team meeting gave me another opportunity to share updates and discuss innovation ideas with the team. And the day continued with our C2C group meeting, where we discussed hiring-related questions, communication, and daily work updates.

By the end of the day, I realized something:

Technical skills may help you get started, but communication, teamwork, business understanding, and the ability to work with people help you grow.

Day 32 taught me that every day doesn’t need a new technical skill to be productive.
Sometimes, the biggest growth happens when you learn how to think, communicate, collaborate, and understand the bigger picture.

Another day. Another lesson. Another step forward.
