Business Analyst Intern
Ctruh is hiring a Business Analyst to CEO Intern. We seek a highly driven individual who is analytical, curious, and eager to tackle real business challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in Product Management, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization
- Coding knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute with speed
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and business priorities
- Analyze data, derive insights, and build dashboards/reports
- Conduct market and product research
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive execution
Internship Details:
- Internship with PPO opportunity
- 6-day work week
- Work from our Bengaluru office

Going for the Business Analyst role at Ctruh? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to explain how you turn a vague ask into a clear requirement: who you would talk to, what you would document, and how you would confirm you got it right.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
