What We're Looking For:
*Prior internship or project experience in Business Analysis is preferred.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong documentation skills with great attention to detail.
*Ability to understand business processes and convert them into functional requirements.
*Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, wireframing, SQL, APIs, and process mapping is a plus.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in requirement gathering, stakeholder meetings, and client discussions.
*Create process flows, wireframes, user journeys, and workflow diagrams.
*Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and QA teams.
*Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product research.

Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project documentation.
