🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates with a basic understanding of Salesforce and strong communication skills to be part of our BA program. You’ll work closely with clients, helping translate business needs into impactful Salesforce-driven solutions.

💼 Key Responsibilities ✅ Gather, analyze, and define business requirements
✅ Work in an agile environment to document functional and technical requirements
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design solutions
✅ Develop user stories and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
✅ Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
✅ Prepare business documentation and recommendations
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ 0–2 years of experience
✔ Good understanding of Salesforce (certifications are a plus)
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
