Role&responsibilities
1. Moodle Operations&Management
• Manageday-to-dayoperationsof the Moodle LMS(One KEFplatform)

• Ensuresmoothfunctioningofcourses, usermanagement, enrollments, andaccesscontrols

• Monitorsystemperformance, uptime, andissueresolutionwithvendors(e.g., Moodle India)

• Coordinate LMSreleases, updates, andtesting(UAT&production)

• Maintaindataaccuracyandensure LMSisthe singlesourceoftruthforlearningdata

2. Requirement Gathering& Analysis
• Workcloselywithinternalstakeholders(Educationteams, Programteams, Operations)

• Gather, document, andanalyzebusinessrequirements for LMSenhancements

• Translatefunctionalrequirementsinto cleartechnicalspecifications/userstories

• Identifyopportunitiesforautomation, efficiency, andimproveduserexperience

3. Soluti on Design&Implementation
• Designscalable LMSsolutionsaligned with Moodlecapabilities

• Coordinatewithvendors/developersforcustomizationandintegrations

• Leadimplementationofnewfeatures(e.g., assessments, gamification, reporting, plugins)

• Ensureproper UAT, sign-offs, andsmoothproductionrollout

• Maintaindocumentationforallimplementationsandworkflows

4. Stakeholder&Vend or Management
• Act as SPOCbetween KEFteams and Moodleimplementationpartner

• Conductregularreviewmeetingswithvendorsforprogressandissueresolution

• Traininternalteams(SPOCs, teachers, programteams)onnewfeaturesandworkflows

5. Analytics&Reporting
• Workwithdatateamstodefine LMSreportingrequirements

• Ensureavailabilityofmeaningfuldashboards(coursecompletion, engagement, performance)

• Support AI-driveninsightsandanalyticsinitiatives on LMSdata

6. Governance&Compliance
• Ensureadherencetodefined SOPs, workflows, andapprovalmechanisms

• Maintainaudittrails, dataprivacy, andsecuritycompliance

• Support VAPTremediation and LMSsecuritybestpractices
