Business Analysis
- Understand real business problems and requirements
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions
- Create BRDs, user stories and process flows
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvements
- Work closely with Product & Engineering teams
Market Intelligence
- Research markets, industries and emerging technologies
- Analyze competitors, products, pricing and positioning
- Track new products, trends and technology developments
- Identify potential customers, use cases and business opportunities
- Convert research into actionable insights
