At Stitch, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative financial technology solutions to our customers.

📍 Location: Chennai (Work From Office)
What You'll Do
Lead requirement gathering workshops with clients and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation.
Create Business Solution Documents (BSDs), User Stories, Functional Requirements, and Test Cases.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
