Business & Data Analyst Intern
Day 16 – Learning, Connecting & Growing
Day 16 internship day and more like a small journey of discovery.
The day started with Shark Tank, where I explored Tickle Your Art, a business that brings creativity to life through artworks and handmade crafts. It reminded me that behind every successful idea, there is passion, creativity, and the courage to turn an idea into something meaningful.
Next came my presentation on “The Role of Skills, Mentorship & Continuous Learning.” While preparing and presenting it, I realized that skills may open the door, but mentorship helps us understand which direction to take. Most importantly, continuous learning keeps us moving forward.
I also connected with C2C candidates and explained the ACC Internship to them. Sharing what I have been learning made me realize that knowledge becomes even more valuable when we use it to encourage and guide others.
Another new beginning was Google Sheets. I started exploring its basics and learning how spreadsheets can help organize, manage, and analyze data more effectively.
My biggest takeaway from Day 16:
Growth doesn't always come from one big achievement. Sometimes, it comes from a new skill, a meaningful conversation, a presentation, or simply being curious enough to learn something new.
Learn. Connect. Grow. — one day at a time.

Interview advice
Going for the Data Analyst role at Analytics Career Connect? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Brush up SQL joins and aggregations, and be ready to walk one analysis end to end: the question you asked, the data you used, and what you found.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
