We are expanding our team and looking for driven, energetic professionals to step into the role of Business Development Associate (Website Sales) for our US Process.

🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW:
📌 Position: Business Development Associate (Website Sales)
🕗 Shift: US Process (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 per month (plus lucrative incentives)
📍 Location: Work from Office (Merlin Matrix, Sector V, Kolkata)

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Drive B2B sales by pitching website development and IT services to clients in the US market.
✅ Generate leads, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and successfully close deals.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

🔹 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English.
✔️ Complete comfort with working night shifts.
✔️ A proactive, target-driven mindset.

📢 Note: Prior experience in international outbound sales is highly preferred, but confident freshers with excellent English are welcome to apply!
