Business Development Associate (BDA)

💰 Compensation Details:

🔹 6-Month Probation Period
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month
• Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000/month

🔹 After Successful Completion of 6-Month Probation
• Fixed CTC: ₹8 LPA
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹4 LPA
• Total Annual Earning Potential: Up to ₹12 LPA

🌍 Job Location:
Hosur Road, AECS Layout, A Block, Singasandra, Bengaluru – On-site

📅 Eligible Batches:
