CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for passionate and motivated Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Counsel students on our healthcare training programs and career opportunities.
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
Build strong relationships with students and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain lead records and coordinate with internal teams.
Eligibility
Any Graduate (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, B.E./B.Tech., MBA, or equivalent).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Language Requirements
English and Hindi are mandatory.
Kannada is an added advantage.
Marathi is preferred.
