Business Development Associate

We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA) — Kolkata

House of EdTech is a fast-growing, multi-brand EdTech organization delivering professional education in AI, Finance, Data, and Business Skills. We serve over 5 million learners, operate at an ARR exceeding ₹400 crore, and are expanding our Finance and Stock Market Sales team in Kolkata.

Role details:
Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
Experience: 0-3 Years
Schedule: 6 Days/Week, Thursday Off
Compensation: Fixed Salary plus Uncapped Performance Incentives

Key responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective learners, conduct product demonstrations, and convert leads into enrollments
- Take ownership of weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Build strong, lasting relationships with learners interested in finance education

Who we are looking for:
- Graduates in any discipline; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A genuine interest in finance, stock markets, or sales
- Prior experience in Finance, Trading, Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, or EdTech Sales is preferred but not mandatory
