Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for GetSetResumes resume writing and career services. Connect with job seekers, working professionals, and fresh graduates through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels. Conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services. Follow up with prospects, address queries, and convert leads into customers. Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in the CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
