Designation: Business Development Associate (Work from Office) 🏢

Responsibilities Include:
📞 Consulting IT professionals on the right career paths over calls.
📚 Staying updated with the latest technologies in the world.
🎯 Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
🤝 Building relationships and identifying references through our existing learner base.
🔄 Keeping abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices.
🗣️ Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.

Skills Preferred:
🗣️ Excellent spoken and verbal skills
💪 Ability to persuade and negotiate

Qualification:
🎓 All Streams (UG/PG) except BA/MA

Work Location:
📍 Bangalore

Compensation:
💰 Fixed Pay for the first 6 months: 25,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
💼 After 6 months of training: Final CTC: 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance)
