Going for the Sales role at FlexCoders? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
