We’re looking for 20 Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team and help us take AI education to students and parents across India.

🔥 What You’ll Do
• Connect with parents and prospective customers
• Understand their requirements and explain KidsNeuron programs
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain regular communication with prospects
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Work closely with the sales & business development team

✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Confident and persuasive personality
✅ Target-oriented mindset
✅ Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
✅ Prior EdTech / Inside Sales experience is a plus
✅ Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
