​🔍 Available Positions:

​1️⃣ Business Development Associate (BDA)
​Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are highly welcome!)

​Age Limit: Up to 29 years
​Salary Package: ₹7.0 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA

​2️⃣ Senior BDA (Sr. BDA)
​Experience: 1–6 Years (Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory EdTech Sales experience required)

​Age Limit: Up to 31 years
​Salary Package: ₹8.5 LPA – ₹11.4 LPA

​🎯 Requirements & Eligibility:
​Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication.

​Undergraduate (UG): B.Tech / B.Com / BBA
​Postgraduate (PG): M.Tech / MBA (Marketing & Sales preferred)

​💰 Perks & Compensation:
​Standard Hike: 20% - 25% on your current fixed pay.

​Performance Bonus: Up to a 30% hike based on final round interview feedback!
