OnePixelSoft is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) who can help drive business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, and other channels
Connect with potential clients and understand their business needs
Present and pitch company services effectively
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
Maintain client relationships for long-term business
Update CRM and maintain records of leads and conversions
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in sales and client handling
Basic understanding of business and marketing
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Target-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow

Salary / Stipend
For Internship:
₹5,000 to ₹10,000 + Incentives

For Full-Time:
₹12,000 to ₹25,000 + High Incentives (based on performance)
