Key Responsibilities:
Counsel Indian nurses and working professionals about overseas career opportunities in Germany & Japan.
Promote German language training and caregiving programs.
Generate and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Build strong relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead and conversion records in CRM.
Coordinate with operations and training teams for candidate onboarding.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and persuasive mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
