💰 Compensation:
✅ 6-Month Internship: ₹18,000/month + up to ₹15,000 performance incentives
✅ Post Internship (Full-Time): ₹8 – ₹10 LPA + annual performance-based incentives upto 2 lakhs

✔️ 10 days of structured professional training on company operations & business processes
✔️ Hands-on exposure to business development, client relationships & corporate communication
✔️ A clear path from internship to full-time role based on performance
