I'm looking to hire Business Development Associates (BDAs) for the Central Appliances Team at Urban Company.

What you'll work on:
✅ Business Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
✅ Performance Management across cities and operations
✅ Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
✅ Stakeholder Management with category, operations and training teams
✅ Dashboarding, Reporting & Process Automation

What we're looking for:
✔ Strong SQL skills
✔ Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analytics, Operations, Category Management, or related domains
