Role Description: This is an on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Urban Company. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for :-
1. Conducting process audits and manage daily activities & partner operations.
2. Analyse data to drive business insights and improve metrics.
3. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ensure high ownership of business performance.
Qualifications: Interest in Lead Generation and Market Research, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, excellent verbal and writing communication skills, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (2025 batch or 2026 batch)
Requirements: Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, good communication skills, must have a laptop
