Urban Company is looking for Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our Repairs - Appliances team. We aren't looking for spectators, we’re looking for owners who want to build the backbone of India’s largest home services platform.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ On-ground Execution: Identifying and onboarding the best service technicians in your city.
✅ Supply Growth: Managing and scaling our partner network to meet soaring demand.
✅ Problem Solving: Tackling real-world operational challenges in real-time.
✅ Impact: Owning your territory and driving the metrics that move the needle.

Who is the perfect fit?
👍 Freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience).
👍 Natural communicators who can build trust with our service partners.
👍 Someone with a "get it done" attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments.
