At ElitesDev, we help brands grow with social media marketing, lead generation, and websites, from D2C stores to business sites. We're growing, and we need someone who loves talking to people and opening doors.
What you'll do:
📞 Cold call and reach out to potential clients
📅 Book discovery meetings for our team
🤝 Build a pipeline of businesses that need marketing and websites
What we're looking for:
✅ Confident communicator (English + Hindi/Kannada is a plus)
✅ Comfortable with rejection and hungry to win
✅ Freshers welcome, we'll train you

Going for the Sales role at ElitesDev LLP? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
