Thepositionisretailstore\-basedwithregularfieldvisits, offeringadynamicopportunitytocontributedirectlytobusinessexpansioninafast\-paced FMCGenvironment.
Responsibilities:
\-Identifyanddevelopnewleadsthroughsystematicmarketvisits, provideddata, andpersonalreferrals
\-Engagewithdistributors, retailers, andvendorstopresentproductportfoliosanddrivesales
\-Conductin\-storeproductsamplingandpromotionalactivitiestoenhancecustomerengagement
\-Executetargetedproductlaunchinitiativesandensuretimelydealclosures
\-Supportretailpartnerswithbusinessdevelopmentstrategiesandon\-groundexecution
\-Monitor, analyse, andreportmonthlysalesperformance, campaignoutcomes, andkeymarketinsights

Requirements \-Graduateinanydiscipline(from 2021 to 2025 pass\-out)
\-Freshersareencouragedtoapply
\-Up to 11 monthsofsalesorfieldexperienceisacceptable
\-Mustbealocalresidentoftheassignedlocation(with in 10 kmoftheretailstore)
\-Personaltwo\-wheeler(bikepreferred)ismandatorywithvaliddrivinglicense
\-Priorknowledgeorexperienceinthebeauty\/cosmetics or FMCGsectorispreferred
\-Malecandidatesarepreferredforthisrole
