Weareseekingamotivated Business Development Executivetodrivegrowthforaleadingonlinecosmeticandbeautyproductsstoreacrosskeyretailmarkets in Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, and Vijayawada. Thisroleiscriticalinexpandingourretailfootprintbybuildingstrongrelationshipswithdistributors, retailers, andvendors. Theidealcandidatewillberesponsibleforexecutingon\-groundsalesstrategies, promotingproductvisibility, andensuringconsistentperformancethroughmarketengagementanddata\-drivenfollow\-ups. Responsibilities:
\-Conductregularmarketvisitstoidentifyanddevelopnewsalesleadsusingprovideddataandpersonalreferrals
\-Engagewithdistributors, retailers, andvendorstopresentproductportfoliosanddriveadoption
\-Executeproductsamplingandpromotionalactivitiesatretailoutletstoenhancebrandvisibility
\-Implementfocusproductcampaignsandensuretimelydealclosureswithintheassignedterritory
\-Supportretailersanddistributorswithon\-groundbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesandoperationalguidance
\-Monitor, analyze, andreportmonthlysalesperformance, campaignoutcomes, andkeymarketinsights

Requirements
\-Graduatedegreeinanydiscipline (from 2021 to 2025 pass\-out)
\-Freshersareencouragedtoapply
\-Up to 11 monthsofpriorsalesorretailexperienceisacceptable
\-Mustbealocalresidentwith in 10 kmoftheassignedstore
\-Personaltwo\-wheeler(bikepreferred)ismandatory withvaliddrivinglicense
\-Priorexposuretothebeauty, cosmetics, or FMCGretailsectorispreferred
\-Malecandidatesarepreferredforthisrole
