We're growing our sales team and looking for driven, articulate individuals to help us build lasting client relationships across India's mid-market enterprise space.
Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: Freshers to 1–2 years
Location: Karnataka (Bengaluru preference)
What we're looking for:
✅ Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales/business development
✅ Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English — strong verbal and written communication is a must
✅ Confident, energetic, and comfortable with client-facing conversations (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
✅ A genuine interest in IT services, cloud, and emerging technology — prior exposure is a plus, not mandatory
✅ Self-starters who are coachable and eager to learn consultative selling
What you'll do:
🎯 Identify and reach out to prospective clients across BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Retail
🎯 Support lead qualification, discovery calls, and pipeline building
🎯 Work closely with our leadership team to understand client needs and craft tailored proposals
🎯 Represent Aidant IT professionally in every client interaction

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Aidant IT? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
