About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Digital Marketing, IT Services, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Promote and sell Digital Marketing & IT services.
• Conduct lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers/Interns with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1 year of experience in BDE/Business Development/Sales/Digital Marketing/IT services are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
