• Manage recruitment clients and build strong company relationships
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new clients
• Understand client hiring requirements and drive closures
• Act as the face of the recruitment firm with clients
• Travel across locations to meet potential clients and expand business
• Build a strong client network and achieve monthly closure targets

📍 Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon
💰 CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA.
