About the Role
Cuilsoft Pvt Ltd . is looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives to drive lead generation through cold calling across India. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across India.
- Identify prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce cuilsoft products and services effeciently .
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
-Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
-Follow up with prospects and nurture potential business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
WHO CAN APPLY ?
👉 Graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
👉 Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
👉 Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, or business development will have an added advantage.
👉 Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
👉 Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented individuals.
👉 Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
👉 Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
