Dhal Information System is looking for passionate and energetic professionals to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) for the USA IT & Non-IT Recruitment domain.

Job Details:

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000/month onwards (Negotiable)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US IT & Non-IT requirements.
* Conduct candidate calls and initial screening.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* Execute email campaigns and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with clients and internal recruitment teams.
* Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
* Ability to confidently communicate with candidates over phone calls.
* Good email writing and professional communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment or business development is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
