📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Generate new business opportunities through Online Bidding Portals such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, Elance, etc. New platforms are welcomed.
🔹 Proficient In Proposal - Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients
🔹 Should be comfortable with self-start of Online bidding, follow-ups, with offshore clients.
🔹 Analyzing Skills - Ability to sense clients’ Challenges, identify problems from the job description and be able to propose solutions for the same.
🔹 Should be able to identify new sales leads
📌 Requirements :
✅ Must have excellent written and verbal skills, IT fluency.
✅ Should be proficient in Proposal Writing after analyzing the client's requirements.
✅ Must be comfortable in emailing/chatting with the client over Skype
✅ Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. To research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
✅ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
