Are you passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) and contribute to expanding our business operations.

📍 Location: Gurugram (On-Site)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
📌 Openings: 1 Position Only
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview performance and experience)
👩 Preferred Candidate: Female Candidates Preferred
🎓 Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate and qualify leads through various channels
✅ Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
✅ Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Preferred Skills:

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
✔ Confidence in client handling and relationship management
✔ Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes
✔ Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
✔ Proficiency in MS Office tools is an added advantage
