🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (US IT Sales)

📍 Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
💼 Experience: 0–8 Years

🔑 What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in US IT Sales / Cold Calling (150–200 calls/day)
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities
✔ Comfortable working in US shift
✔ Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Outbound calls to US-based clients
🎯 Generate & qualify IT sales leads
💡 Understand client needs & present solutions
📅 Schedule meetings/demos for sales team
📊 Maintain CRM & follow-ups
🏆 Achieve daily/weekly targets
