We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients across Mumbai to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and effectively present the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Gather market intelligence and provide insights on customer needs and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales/business development experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for client meetings.
• Comfortable relocating to Bangalore for the initial 1–3 months of training.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
