Ann is our AI-powered Recruitment Augmentor that's helping companies hire 70% faster and cut recruitment costs by up to 80%. We're scaling fast — and we need someone hungry to help us get in front of the right people.

🔹What you'll do:
✅ Generate leads via cold calling, emailing & LinkedIn outreach
✅ Qualify prospects and book demos/appointments for our sales team
✅ Own your pipeline and hit weekly targets
✅ Get direct mentorship from our founding team

🔹 Who we're looking for:
✅ 0–1 year experience in BD/sales/lead generation
✅ Freshers — MUST have prior internship experience in lead generation or cold calling
✅ Confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone ✅ Hungry, resilient, and target-driven.
