📍 Location: Hyderabad – Work From Office (WFO)
💼 Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Intern
💰 Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000 – Fixed, based on attendance
🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 – Based on performance
⏳ Internship Duration: 6 Months
📈 Post-Internship: PPO Opportunity based on performance
💼 PPO PACKAGE
After successful completion of the internship, selected candidates may receive a PPO with a package of up to ₹6.5 LPA:
* ₹4 LPA – Fixed
* ₹2.5 LPA – Performance-Based Incentives

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Learners Track? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
