🕒 Shift Timing: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Execute outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and networking
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Track and report key business growth metrics
🔹 What We're Looking For:
• 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated professionals

- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
