💰 Salary Structure
🏙Freshers - Chennai – ₹25,000 per month
🌍 Freshers - Other Tamil Nadu Locations – ₹20,000 per month
🎁 Additional Benefits
⛽ Petrol Allowance – ₹3.75 per km
🍱 Daily Food Allowance
🏗 Site Visit Incentive – ₹10 per site visit (Minimum ₹100/day)

🎯 Role Responsibilities
🔹 Visit 7–10 retail building material shops daily
🔹 Identify ongoing construction sites
🔹 Meet Site Engineers, Contractors & Builders
🔹 Generate business opportunities for TMT Bars
🔹 Travel within assigned territory (70–100 km daily)

✅ Own Bike & Valid Driving License Mandatory

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at People Integra? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
