🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

📍 Location: Hybrid Work / Mohali Phase 8-B.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for Business Development Executive (BDE) positions.

Open Positions:

✅ Fresher BDE
• Basic knowledge of Business.
• Development and Upwork bidding preferred.
• Good communication and learning attitude.

✅ Experienced BDE
• 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal management.
• Salary up to ₹30000/month (for relevant experience).

Work Schedule:
🔹 Hybrid Work Model.
🔹 Morning shift starts between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM (approximately 2 hours).
🔹 Office reporting time: 10:30 AM.
🔹 Total working hours: 9.5 hours (including breaks).
🔹 Weekend Work From Home may be required as per business needs.
