We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Generate direct US clients through Cold Calling, Email Marketing & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔️ Identify decision-makers and conduct discovery calls
✔️ Present IT solutions and close deals
✔️ Maintain CRM and client relationships

🎯 Monthly Targets:

* 200–300 Qualified US Leads
* 80–100 Cold Calls per Day
* 500–800 Cold Emails per Month
* 20–30 Discovery Calls
* 10–15 New Client Closures

💡 Required Skills:

✔️ Excellent English Communication
✔️ US Sales Experience Preferred
✔️ Outbound Sales Expertise
✔️ CRM Knowledge
✔️ Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills
✔️ Target-Driven Mindset

💰 Compensation:

Fixed Salary (Target-Based) + Attractive Incentives + High Commissions
