Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Connect with students and understand their career goals.
- Provide information about suitable professional courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Handle objections and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build good relationships with prospective students.
- Assist students during the admission and onboarding process.

Eligibility & Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, BDE, Academic Counselling or EdTech.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.

💰 Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA

- No fixed weekend off.
