🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Coimbatore | 0-1 years experience

Sketch Brahma is a product design and front-end development studio working with brands like Ather, Flipkart, Razorpay, Licious, and Acko. We're looking for a driven BDE to join our growing team and help us build meaningful business relationships.

What you'll do:
✅ Build targeted email lists of prospects for specific regions through online research
✅ Reach out to new prospects and develop business opportunities via email
✅ Qualify leads and hand them off to our business team for proposals and closing
✅ Hit and exceed KPIs on emails sent and leads passed on
✅ Build and maintain an active pipeline for our senior sales team

Who we're looking for:
✅ Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
✅ Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ Self-motivated with the drive to build high volumes of prospect databases daily
✅ Working knowledge of email marketing and lead generation tools
✅ Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools
✅ Strong time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
✅ A team player who thrives in a target-driven, startup environment
