Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Indore | On-Site

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Find and connect with potential clients through Upwork, Freelancer & other online channels
• Submit proposals and bids on relevant projects
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Business Development & IT Sales
• Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer or other freelancing platforms is a plus
• Confident in client communication, negotiation and follow-ups
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
