BDE Trainee — IT Services
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome!) Market: International (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)

✔ Has good written and spoken English
✔ Is curious, proactive, and hungry to learn
✔ Isn't afraid to message strangers on LinkedIn or pick up the phone
✔ Wants real earning potential, not just a paycheck

📚 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 & 𝗱𝗼:
✔ How to research international clients and build prospect lists
✔ Write proposals on Upwork, LinkedIn, and via cold email
✔ Engage with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers globally
✔ Use real sales tools — CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork
✔ Get hands-on mentorship from experienced BDEs
✔ Build your portfolio with real international clients

🔍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✔ Excellent communication skills (written + spoken English)
✔ bachelor's degree (any field — sales, marketing, MBA, engineering all welcome)
✔ Comfort with research, writing, and online outreach
✔ Self-driven attitude — you'll need to take initiative
