Hiring for – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Eligibility:
BTech / MCA / BCA / MBA / PGDM / BBA graduates or final-year students
Freshers and Experienced can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates from Noida, Delhi, or nearby locations preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through different platforms and networking
Connect with potential clients and explain company services
Handle client communication through calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
Support the sales and business development team in achieving targets
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project discussions and follow-ups
Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of sales and business development
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Confidence in client interaction and follow-ups
MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge preferred
